Welcome! I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I offer individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, self-esteem, stress, and 2SLGBTQIA+ related issues. I also specialize in working with concerns connected to intimate partner violence. I take a collaborative approach when working with clients and hold a safe and non-judgmental space. I walk along with my clients on their healing journey – ensuring that their treatment plans fit their needs and therapy goals.
